Where do we operate?
We operate in Auckland, Christchurch and Queenstown, with Auckland as our home base.
Auckland. Our home base, with our own fleet and P-endorsed drivers. Journeys are provided in a black Mercedes-Benz V250, a premium, understated vehicle well suited to executive and VIP travel.
Christchurch. We provide P-endorsed security and professional drivers in Christchurch, with late-model black Mercedes V-Class vehicles arranged through our partner MTM.
Queenstown. In Queenstown we provide security-led transport under our licensed security capacity, with vehicles and trusted local support arranged through our partner MTM. This suits visiting clients who want the assurance of a security-trained driver in one of New Zealand’s busiest destinations for high-profile visitors.
What vehicles do you use?
In Auckland, our drivers operate a black Mercedes-Benz V250 (link this to the MTM vehicle page), a spacious, discreet and comfortable vehicle suited to executives, families and small groups. In Christchurch and Queenstown we arrange equivalent late-model black Mercedes V-Class vehicles through our partner MTM, so the standard of vehicle and service stays consistent wherever you are in the country.
Are your drivers properly licensed?
Yes. In New Zealand, drivers who carry paying passengers require a passenger (P) endorsement, issued through Waka Kotahi. Our Auckland and Christchurch drivers hold the P endorsement. In Queenstown, transport is provided under our licensed security capacity rather than as a standard passenger service. Trojan Investigation and Security is fully licensed under the Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority, and our drivers hold the relevant Company Licence and Certificates of Approval.

What is the difference between a professional driver and a security driver?

Yes. Our drivers come from close protection and investigative backgrounds and work under our PSPLA licensing. Vetting and discretion are central to how we operate, which is why family offices and corporate clients trust us with their principals.
