Project and Event Security
Project and Event Security in Auckland and New Zealand
Project and Event Security in Auckland and New Zealand wide by Trojan Investigation and Security.
The experience of the Trojan team gives you as a client strategic protection for high-profile projects, private events and public gatherings
Whether you’re delivering a corporate initiative, hosting a high-level conference, or planning a private celebration, Trojan provides professional and strategic security services tailored to the specific needs of your event or project.
From start to finish, our highly trained team ensures your people, property and plans are protected, without compromise.
More Than Just Security Guards
At Trojan, we don’t just “put boots on the ground.” We bring strategy, experience, and professionalism to every operation. Our team members are carefully selected often with backgrounds in law enforcement, military, and specialist security fields, and are trained to think critically, adapt quickly, and act decisively in high-pressure environments.
This is The Trojan Difference; elite security support, operated with precision, insight, and discretion.
Christmas and Festive Season Function Security
The work Christmas party should be something you enjoy, not something you spend the night keeping an eye on. As the host, the last thing you want is to be watching the door, managing gatecrashers, or dealing with the odd situation yourself while everyone else celebrates. That is our job.
Trojan provides discreet, experienced security for corporate Christmas functions, workplace parties and festive events across New Zealand. The person we send will be experienced, professionally presented, and someone you would be comfortable having front of house at your event. They fit the tone of a corporate function, not a building site, and they know how to handle themselves and your guests with the right balance of presence and discretion.
We are there to keep the evening running smoothly, so you and your guests can relax. Our team handles anything quietly and early, before it becomes a problem. We can provide:
- Access control, so only invited guests get in and uninvited ones don’t
- A calm, professional presence that reassures your guests rather than looming over them
- Discreet handling of any situation, so it never becomes the thing people remember
- Protection of your staff, guests and venue throughout the night
- Liaison with your venue and its team
- Help making sure guests get away safely at the end, including waiting for taxis and ride-shares
The festive season books up fast, so if you are planning a work function, it pays to arrange your security early.
